Instructions for Booking Your Red Jacket Vacation

Here’s a simple step process to book your reservations on-line:

Step 1. Select your Red Jacket destination on the website.

Step 2. Make your Reservations. Click on “Rates & Reservations.” When the I Hotelier screen appears, click on the “Corporate/Club Rates” heading at the top of the page. Enter the special FBI National Academy access code “02664” (the South Yarmouth zip code). On the calendar to the left on the screen, select the month you want by moving the arrow in the drop-down box at the top and then select your arrival date followed by your departure date. Complete the number of adults in the party and the number of children ages 2-12. If you wish to change your dates, click on the “Clear Date” tile above the check-in and check-out boxes and start over.

Once you have entered this information. All available room types will appear with the preferred group rate. When you select the room type, photographs and specific information on the accommodations will appear in the box to the right. If you are now ready to make a reservation, then navigate to the right bottom of the page and click “Continue this Reservation.” Provide the information, adding any enhancements you wish, and then click on the “Complete Reservation” box to complete your reservation.

Step 3. Upon completion of your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

It’s also easy to make your reservations by telephone or receive information about the resorts before completing your reservation on-line. Simply call 800-CAPECOD (800-227-3263) and a reservations agent will be happy to assist you. Be sure to tell them you are a member of the FBI National Academy to receive your preferred club pricing.
