The Training Conference would not be complete without a host of quality and entertaining special events. The New England Chapter has provided a wonderful line-up of great experiences.
Ice Breaker
Start the conference off right by visiting the Prudential Skywalk 50 stories above Boston with spectacular views of the city in all directions. You’ll chat with classmates and old friends as you enjoy “A Taste of Boston”, food from the city’s neighborhoods, while you watch the sun set.

Hospitality Reception
A new addition to the program this year, delegates and their adult guests are encouraged to attend a hospitality reception and participate in our silent auction to benefit Cops For Kids With Cancer, the official charity of the Boston 2010 Annual Training Conference. This is your chance to bring home some pretty amazing souvenirs of your trip to Boston, and to help out some great kids who need our support.

Session Night
Session Night is another addition to the program for those celebrating our 75th anniversary in Boston. Contact your classmates and arrange to meet in Boston for a session reunion. Whether you’re one of those 230’s people who just graduated or one of our older “double digit” graduates, you’ll look forward to catching up with old friends while you dine in the Boston restaurant of your choice. Here’s how it works; select someone from your session to run your reunion, and have those who are coming to Boston email him or her. Keep a list and as the conference draws closer, reach out for our Reunion Coordinator, Bobby Bongiorno. Let Bobby know what you’d like to do or where you’d like to go and he’ll help you set it up. You can reach Bobby at rbongiorno@town.arlington.ma.us or by calling 781-316-3940. Make Boston 2010 a conference you and your classmates will always remember.

President’s Reception
This year, our President’s reception will kick off with Opening Ceremonies. The year 2010 marks another historic milestone as it will be the first year that the president of the FBINAA will come from outside the United States. Deputy Chief Kim Derry of the Toronto Police Service will lead the FBINAA in 2010, so the Boston 2010 Committee has planned ceremonies mixing U.S. and Canadian pageantry you won’t want to miss. Following the ceremonies will be a meal catered by 5.11 Tactical, music and great views of Boston.
