The planning committee strongly discourages members from driving to Boston. But for those who must drive, off-site parking and a shuttle service will be provided.
Flying into Boston
Most major airlines service Boston’s Logan International Airport (BOS), which is located four miles from the Sheraton Boston Hotel and the Conference.
JetBlue Airline has extended a special 5% discount on airfare for travel during the period July 17-30, 2010 specifically for the Conference. The discount is subject to availability and is targeted for travel between your departure location and Boston (and return).
A special group code for FBINAA will be required to access the 5% discount.
JetBlue is currently undergoing a significant change in their reservation system and are unable to process any discount until the first week of March (this is a delay from the original February 15 target date). JetBlue apologizes for the inconvenience. It is simply a technical delay in the system and not a reflection on the availability of the discount. The airline explains that availability should be plentiful at this time since it is well in advance of the travel dates. If you can delay your air booking until the discount code is availability in the system, it is suggested that you research flights now to see if the discount will save you money compared to flights served by other airlines.
